Аннотация

В обзоре рассмотрены информационные ресурсы (базы данных генных сетей, транскрипционных и посттранскрипционных сигналов экспрессии, программы для распознавания функционально-активных сайтов и предсказания их активности) и обсуждается их возможное использование в генной инженерии для оптимизации экспрессии чужеродных генов и создания организмов с новыми свойствами
