Аннотация
Горизонтальный перенос генов в ядерный геном растений — редкое явление. На сегодняшний день известны его примеры только у некоторых видов Nicotiana и Linaria. В геноме льнянки Linaria dalmatica (L.) Mill. впервые описана последовательность, на 94% сходная с таковой гена rolC Agrobacterium rhizogenes. Обсуждается значение гена rolC и Т-ДНК в эволюции льнянки, а также их роль в происхождении видов растений.
