Молекулярно-филогенетический анализ субъединиц H+-атфазы тонопласта

Аннотация

Вакуолярная Н+-АТФаза представляет собой мультисубъединичный белковый комплекс, выполняющий целый ряд ключевых функций в растительной клетке. Известны различные механизмы регуляции активности данного протон-транспортирующего фермента как на транскрипционном, так и на посттрансляционном уровне. В данной работе впервые проведен молекулярно-филогенетический анализ аминокислотных последовательностей субъединиц вакуолярной Н+-АТФазы для выявления степени консервативности мембранного и периферического комплексов фермента. Показана высокая консервативность субъединиц с, d и В, а также древние дупликации в эволюции субъединицы а.
