Аннотация
Аннексины относятся к суперсемейству кальций-зависимых фосфолипид-связывающих белков. Участие этих белков в изменении структурной организации мембран, везикулярном транспорте и разнообразных путях передачи сигналов имеет важное значение для многих клеточных процессов. Несмотря на структурное сходство с аннексинами животных, аннексины растений характеризуются существенной вариабельностью N-концевой области и модификацией кальций-связывающих мотивов во II и III повторах, тогда как кальций-связывающие мотивы в I и IV повторах остаются консервативными. Однако физиологическая роль аннексинов животных и растений, а также механизмы влияния на кальциевый обмен могут быть схожими. В обзоре рассматриваются современные данные о строении и функционировании аннексинов растений.
