ОПЫТ ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ ПАРЫ ТРЕНИЯ КЕРАМИКА-ПОЛИЭТИЛЕН В ЭНДОПРОТЕЗИРОВАНИИ ТАЗОБЕДРЕННОГО СУСТАВА

Аннотация

В статье отражены результаты применения пар трения керамика-полиэтилен и металл-полиэтилен при тотальном эндопротезировании тазобедренного сустава. Более 400 операций было выполнено в больнице № 13 (клиническая база кафедры травматологии и ортопедии РУДН) с 2004 по 2014 с использованием керамика-полиэтиленовой пары трения. Ни в одном случае не наблюдалось признаков асептической нестабильности компонентов эндопротезов. В настоящее время использование низкофрикционной пары трения керамика-полиэтилен в эндопротезировании тазобедренного сустава имеет широкое распространение у большинства пациентов с патологией тазобедренного сустава во всех возрастных группах.
