Resumo
The article analyzes modern normative legal acts regulating decision-making in the process of formation of legal entities and those using non-systematically synonymous words of common vocabulary (creation, institution, education, organization). Other problems of a theoretical and practical nature, unresolved in the process of reforming civil legislation in terms of the creation (emergence) of legal entities are noted.
