Abstract
This article is devoted to the analysis of ideological determinants and the study of the main mechanisms of the implementation of Turkey’s humanitarian policy in the last three years. Despite the objective difficulties associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, Turkey has been able to strengthen its influence on the international arena, gaining a leading position as the humanitarian aid donor.
