Abstract
The article describes how German parliamentary parties influence current relations between Russia and Germany. In this work the author employs the systems approach, institutional and content analyses. Within the ruling coalition there are presently two opposing factions: a clearly anti-Russian faction of the Greens and Free Democratic Party, and the Social Democratic Party that takes a more balanced approach to dealing with Russia.
