Значение осмотра кожи и ее придатков в диагностике ревматических заболеваний

Аннотация

В обзоре дана подробная характеристика кожных проявлений ревматических заболеваний, рассмотрен патогенез их развития. Детально описываются изменения кожи и ее придатков при ревматической лихорадке, ревматоидном артрите, системной красной волчанке, узелковом полиартериите, системном склерозе, дерматомиозите и других, в том числе редких патологиях опорно-двигательного аппарата. Правильная интерпретация кожных симптомов, сопровождающих эти заболевания, может способствовать повышению эффективности диагностики и лечения, предупреждению осложнений и инвалидизации больных. С учетом вышесказанного особую актуальность в выявлении изменений кожи и ее придатков при ревматических патологиях имеет один из физикальных методов – осмотр пациента.
