利用芯片植入制度来保护儿童的生命和健康、预防犯罪的做法正在各国蔓延。
本文从法律、法医、社会和技术角度研究了对儿童的芯片植入制度问题,以确定该方法作为预防拐卖儿童罪手段的优缺点。
作者在撰写本文时使用了有关该主题的现有规范性文件。本文介绍哈萨克斯坦共和国立法在芯片植入技术方面的立场,并就法规是否符合现实做出了结论。作者考虑芯片植入程序是否符合《哈萨克斯坦共和国宪法》的问题。
作者提出了解决生物芯片法医学研究问题的方法,以此作为预防拐卖儿童罪的手段,因此对生物芯片的使用进行了SWOT分析,以解决生物芯片在所研究领域应用的问题。根据分析结果,作者确定了该方法的优缺点。
作者对利用未成年人芯片植入制度预防犯罪的可行性和合法性进行了全面研究,而且调查了该技术对儿童的影响。本文具有实际意义。它为法学界带来了关于芯片植入制度及其在未成年人中应用的新全面观点。
