Forensic medical cytological examination of the trace evidence on the knife’s blade in the case of multiple penetrating stab/cut wounds in the chest with lung damage: a case report

在机械创伤武器上经常会发现各种痕迹,包括受损人体器官和组织的微粒子。在创伤武器上检测到器官及组织的细胞和微颗粒,可以证实其与人体接触的事实,这具有重要的证据价值。

本文介绍对胸部多处穿透性刺伤半肺部损伤时刀刃上生物痕迹的法医细胞学研究结果。根据刀刃上的痕迹制备了显微制剂,并用荧光色素溶液(0.0005%阿的平溶液和0.01%吖啶橙溶液)进行染色。研究是使用Leica DM2500荧光显微镜(20×和60×物镜,10×目镜)进行的。研究显示了,横纹骨骼肌组织、松散未定型结缔组织和脂肪组织的微颗粒中含有毛细血管和微动脉。此外,还检测到分离的间皮细胞和II型肺泡细胞。横纹骨骼肌组织的纤维看起来像拉长的多核细胞,具有特征性的横纹。松散的未定型结缔组织表现为杂乱排列的索状纤维,位于无定形的主要物质中,表现为均匀的无结构物质。脂肪组织碎片看起来像一束束圆形和椭圆形的大细胞,相互紧贴,被毛细血管和微动脉穿透。大多数细胞的细胞核中都检测到了Y染色质。此外,刀刃上还发现了人血。

因此,作为法医细胞学鉴定的结果,发现了男性遗传性别的组织微粒和分离的人体细胞,确定了它们的器官和组织归属,这是一个有价值的诊断结果,因为它证实创伤武器与人体接触的事实。
