详细
本文介绍一个三口之家合成拟除虫菊酯（高效氯氟氰菊酯）中毒的病例，其中两人死亡。尸检显示了生物化学和微观形态学的中毒标志。此外，还在实验动物（大鼠）身上建立了一个实验模型，以证实在合成拟除虫菊酯中毒过程中发生上述病变的可能性，同时，在实验模型中，不仅临床症状相似，实验室结果也相似。
