本文介绍一个三口之家合成拟除虫菊酯(高效氯氟氰菊酯)中毒的病例,其中两人死亡。尸检显示了生物化学和微观形态学的中毒标志。此外,还在实验动物(大鼠)身上建立了一个实验模型,以证实在合成拟除虫菊酯中毒过程中发生上述病变的可能性,同时,在实验模型中,不仅临床症状相似,实验室结果也相似。
