论证。在枪伤案件中指定法医检查时,执法机构对枪击发生时人体和枪管枪口切口之间是否存在障碍感兴趣。从尸体、皮瓣或损坏的衣服中取出的引入颗粒可以送去实验室研究。

专家案例描述。我们提出了一个来自专家实践的案例,展示了在枪击伤害的情况下确定周围物体上存在障碍物颗粒的可能性。发现障碍物碎片(三重挡风玻璃)在证明嫌疑人参与调查中起到了主导作用。描述了违反专家去除颗粒的方法(只有在一种情况下,在有针对性地寻找微覆盖物时,从衣服上收集材料到特殊的

俄罗斯国防部111国家主要法医和法医鉴定中心的专家对上述设施进行了重新研究,并通过类似的障碍物对目标进行了实验性射击。介绍了现代扫描电子显微镜和能量分散分析的可能性,不仅可以确定环境物体上障碍物颗粒的存在,还可以确定衣服和人体的枪伤迹象、炮弹的破碎颗粒,并确定所有检测到的微颗粒的元素组成。

结论。论证了在枪伤情况下确定子弹通过障碍物是否存在的方法缺陷。我们目前正在开发的识别枪支碎片和障碍物的方法旨在通过改进法医学和法医学中的适当研究方法来解决这个问题。
