对不耐受假牙的病人情况的临床与专家的评价

论证。不耐受假牙结构材料的情况是多学科的医学问题,所以口腔医师必须与其他专业的医生紧密合作。建议假牙状况的临床与专家的评价的标准,用这个标准可以制定不耐受假牙病人的检查策略和算法,结果可以改善这种病理的鉴别诊断,以及提高牙科护理的有效性,并明显降低投诉的数量。

研究目的——对不耐受假牙结构材料的病人情况的临床与专家的评价。

材料与方法。在2020-2022期间内我们检查了了486名年龄在45至89岁之间的具有固定义齿的不耐受病人,其中174是男的,312是女的。将所有病人按照年龄分为3组。评价了假牙状况和制作时间。

结果。在研究过程中发现了假牙使用时间为1个月至37年。对金属陶瓷的、陶瓷的和氧化锆的假牙状况的分析表明,用这些结构材料进行口腔修复治疗是最佳的。

结论。在老年人中发现的最差假牙最多,这反映在出现这种病症的人数上。遵守假牙使用时间以及使用现代的结构材料明显降低了不耐受现象。
