论证。现代文明现阶段可以评定为政府、社会、经济和气候的演化,由此提出了一个有效的医疗系统、研究与分析人口身体状况、公共卫生形成过程的控制和管理问题。该任务只能作为社区保健监测活动的一部分来实现。

该研究的目的是分析俄罗斯联邦现有的监测社区保健的组织技术。

材料与方法。使用了世界卫生组织合作中心根据国际信息编码质量分类系列的专家评估数据,以及专门讨论社区保健监测问题的会议的讨论结果.

结果。结果表明,作为社区保健管理方法的系统监测组织应包括一组监测信息参数的定义,并具有明确的收集和后续分析机制。如有必要,应该可以引入额外的参数。

结论。在组织监测时,应以国际分类家族为基本依据,但有必要开发和使用派生分类作为统计分类和临床分类之间的连接节。需要重新审视初始死因的概念,并确保尽可能多地记录有关死因和导致死因的因素的信息。为了监测社区保健,使用能够消除输入时出现错误的信息系统更为适宜; 遵循国际疾病分类的规则和建议,其中包括信息分析的智能算法并以云技术实施。
