Аннотация

Исследование посвящено разработке модели институционализации методологии обеспечения экономической безопасности предпринимательской деятельности. Актуальность институциональной теории обусловлена необходимостью создания, распространения и закрепления «правил игры» применения изучаемой методологии. Предложена модель институционализации методологии обеспечения экономической безопасности предпринимательской деятельности, реализация которой сопровождается разработкой комплекса взаимосвязанных документов, направленных на внедрение обозначенных «правил игры» на микро-, мезо- и макроуровнях. Поэтапная разработка документации формализует «правила игры» по обеспечению экономической безопасности предпринимательской деятельности и предоставляет возможность руководителям субъектов и должностным лицам оперативно выявлять и реагировать на отклонения от эталонных результатов. Разработанная модель формирует целостный взгляд на процесс институционализации методологии в разрезе микро-, мезо- и макроуровней, в основу которого положено четкое разграничение формальных и неформальных «правил игры». С позиции практики значение модели проявляется в четкой постановке этапов и результатов (в том числе проектов документов), которые должны быть получены для достижения экономического и социального эффекта при институционализации методологии обеспечения экономической безопасности предпринимательской деятельности.
