Политические ценности в европейском постсоветском пространстве: идентичность и суверенитет перед лицом интеграционных процессов

Аннотация

Направление интеграционных процессов на постсоветском пространстве определяется конкуренцией государств в специфическом организационном поле ценностей. Эффективность деятельности правительственных центров на этом поприще напрямую зависит от их способности переключения между политическими ценностями странового и универсального рядов. Эта способность сегодня становится ключевым атрибутом эмпирического суверенитета государства. В условиях асимметричной в постсоциалистических странах и неполноценной в бывших советских республиках интеграции в пространство ЕС решение этой задачи требует дифференциации буферных механизмов, ответственных за коммуникацию с внешними центрами, и ядра, удерживающего глубинные ценностные комплексы сообщества. Исследованы стабильность организационной связки государственного суверенитета и идентичности, специфика ее функционеров в постсоветском пространстве, в рамках которого для Российской Федерации открывается широкое поле действия, имеющее в фокусе идентитарные ресурсы социального большинства постсоветских и постсоциалистических стран, минуя коммуникации с проевропейски ориентированными и субординированными властными аппаратами.
