Resumo
The methods of making management decisions in the company are considered. The teamwork of making decision is shown. The stages of decision-making are presented. It is noted that the collective decision-making is based on scientific and practical approach with the selection of optimal solutions through the computer processing. The purpose of information technologies of decision-making support is to develop a solution as a result of the iterative process.
