Аннотация
Резюме. Необходимость использования статинов у пациентов с острыми и хроническими формами ише-
мической болезни сердца в настоящее время не вызывает сомнений. Однако до сих пор существует мнение
о том, что перед хирургическим вмешательством с позиции безопасности необходимо отменить статины
и возобновить их прием после операции. Данный обзор рассматривает целесообразность и безопасность
предоперационной терапии статинами у пациентов с ишемической болезнью сердца перед планируемым
коронарным шунтированием.
