本文介绍俄罗斯联邦卫生部主要编外专家、儿科外科医生 2023 年的活动报告。其中包括小儿外科医生的分析和组织工作、小儿外科服务的战略决策、与俄罗斯联邦主体、其他专家的专业协会、各地区和联邦的立法和行政机构之间的互动信息。“小儿外科--数字与事实”章节是对国家小儿外科服务主要特点的总结，将单独进行介绍。对俄罗斯联邦 80 个主体的儿科主任医师提供的 2022 年和 2023 年数据进行了比较分析。
