现代儿童血源性骨髓炎分类中值得商榷的问题

本文章的作者,根据自己的对患有血源性骨髓炎儿童的诊断和治疗经验以及对国内外资料 的研究,得出结论:所有的分类法都对该病的起源、病程、类型、阶段、时期、结果和后果缺乏统一的看法。于是,有需要对儿童血源性骨髓炎的分类进行修改。

作者提出了儿童血源性骨髓炎的新分类。该分类法是通过修改现有的分类法而制定的。该分类由10个标题组成:病因、起源、病程、类型、阶段、定位、形态学形式、并发症、结果和后果。根据病程,血源性骨髓炎分为急性期、亚急性期和非典型性期。关于“亚急性”血源性骨髓炎的病程特点和临床表现在另个标题里作了简单的描述。构成关节的骨头血源性骨髓炎和不规则骨(脊柱)的血源性骨髓炎被纳入“定位”标题中;管状骨的骨髓炎被添加到骨棘突定位。在“疾病的结果”标题,有4个小节被分配到“恢复”部分中。

作者把他们的儿童血源性骨髓炎分类提出来讨论。期待小儿外科医生对其改进提出意见 和建议。
