Сосудистый фактор при рассеянном склерозе: миф или реальность?

Аннотация

Статья представляет собой обзор литературы, посвященный роли сосудистого фактора в патогенезе рассеянного склероза (РС). В качестве направлений изучения сосудистой патологии у пациентов с РС обсуждаются повышение риска развития острых нарушений мозгового кровообращения по ишемическому типу, распространенная церебральная гипоперфузия, а также хроническая церебральная венозная недостаточность и целесообразность использования хирургических методов лечения для коррекции данного состояния.
