Роль современной нейровизуализации в изучении фокальной дистонии

Аннотация

Представлен детальный анализ различных современных нейровизуализационных технологий, используемых для изучения патофизиологических механизмов и морфофункционального субстрата первичной фокальной дистонии (ФД). Основное внимание уделено функциональной магнитно-резонансной томографии (ФМРТ) и воксел-ориентированной морфометрии (ВОМ). Суммированы и обсуждены результаты исследований, использующих данные методы для решения задач фундаментальной неврологии и нейрофизиологии, а также для контроля эффективности проводимого лечения.
