Эпилептические приступы и эпилепсия у больных с инсультом

Аннотация

Возникновение эпилептических приступов и эпилепсии после инсульта является примером их тесной связи с цереброваскулярной патологией. По данным разных исследователей, эпилептические приступы у пациентов, перенесших инсульт, встречаются с частотой от 3-6 до 12%. Постинсультные приступы могут возникать в остром периоде инсульта или в более поздние сроки. Эпилепсия у больных с инсультом значительно ухудшает качество их жизни, замедляет бытовую, социальную и профессиональную адаптацию. В статье рассматриваются терминологические, эпидемиологические, патофизиологические аспекты, факторы риска и предикторы эпилептических приступов и эпилепсии у больных с инсультом.
