ПРЕДИАБЕТ, СОВРЕМЕННОЕ ПРЕДСТАВЛЕНИЕ О ФАКТОРАХ РИСКА И ПРОФИЛАКТИКЕ САХАРНОГО ДИАБЕТА 2-ГО ТИПА (ПО МАТЕРИАЛАМ КОНГРЕССА «ЧЕЛОВЕК И ЛЕКАРСТВО»)

Аннотация

Предиабет - это состояние, предшествующее развитию сахарного диабета (СД) 2-го типа, при котором показатели гликемии занимают промежуточное положение между нормальными показателями и СД 2-го типа. В России частота предиабета может превышать 20%. Основными факторами риска предиабета выступают ожирение, артериальная гипертония, липидные нарушения. В настоящее время разработаны алгоритмы скрининга на предиабет индивидуумов, имеющих факторы риска заболевания. Профилактика прогрессии предиабета в СД 2-го типа включает обязательное изменение образа жизни (диета, направленная на снижение массы тела, и физическая активность) и лекарственную терапию у некоторых пациентов.
