Двойная антитромбоцитарная терапия как долгосрочное вмешательство в рамках вторичной профилактики после инфаркта миокарда: фокус на тикагрелор

Аннотация

В аналитической статье представлено современное состояние антитромбоцитарной профилактики у больных, перенесших инфаркт миокарда. За краткой исторической справкой следует подробное изложение замысла и результатов исследования PEGASUS-TIMI 54 (Prevention of Cardiovascular Events in Patients with Prior Heart Attack Using Ticagrelor Compared to Placebo on a Background of Aspirin-Thrombolysis in Myocardial Infarction 54). По результатам этого исследования блокатор P2Y12-рецепторов тромбоцитов тикагрелор претендует на основное место в длительной двойной антитромбоцитарной терапии у пациентов, перенесших инфаркт миокарда. Окончательное решение о возможности использования тикагрелора по новому для него показанию - за разрешающими организациями и экспертными сообществами. Основания для выхода в клиническую практику есть у дозы тикагрелора 60 мг 2 раза в день.
