Аннотация
В нашей статье представлена новая лекарственная форма формотерола в виде дозированного аэрозоля (ДАИ) на основе субстанции-носителя гидрофторалкана (НFA или ГФА) с технологией Модулит. Рассмотрим фармакологические характеристики и область применения формотерола. Врачам хорошо известны два препарата формотерола фумарата – форадил и оксис. Обе формы относятся к порошковым ингаляторам, что влечет за собой определенные сложности при использовании данных препаратов. И вот в России зарегистрирована новая лекарственная форма формотерола ДАИ с торговым названием "Атимос".
