Аннотация
Атеросклероз – это хроническое заболевание, являющееся основной причиной сердечно-сосудистых патологий. Воспаление – один из ключевых факторов в патогенезе атеросклероза и его осложнений. В обзоре приведены современные представления об иммунологических механизмах атерогенеза и биомаркерах воспаления, представлены доступные методы лечения хронического воспаления низкой интенсивности, а также информация об изучаемых перспективных направлениях фармакологической противовоспалительной терапии при атеросклерозе.
