Abstract
Three ways of thermobaric synthesis of nanocompacts and nanocomposites based on diamondlike boron nitride under the pressure of 8 GPa are considered. The structure of specimens is probed via X-ray diffraction and electron microscopy. It is shown that using the titanium and boron nitrides powders accelerates sintering, resulting in high microhardness values and elastic moduli of the obtained superhard composites.
