Abstract
Interaction of the Nb–Si–Ti matrix and monocrystalline fibers of α-Al2O3 with barrier Mo coating at the phase boundaries matrix–coating–fiber is investigated. It is determined that the bending strength at 1300°C of the composition material reinforced by fibers with coating is two times higher than that of the matrix and higher than that of the composition material reinforced by fibers without coating by 50%.
