Forty-four women were included in the study. PT group consisted of 34 patients, while 10 patients received combined PT and topical ozone therapy (O3 group).</p> <p><bold>Results:</bold> The results of the study confirm the efficacy of both PT using the Candela Nordlys system and its combination with topical ozone therapy (O3) in patients with rosacea. Although both methods provided clinical improvement (regression of erythema, reduction in the number of papules and telangiectasias, and improvement in skin texture), each demonstrated advantages in specific areas of correction of functional skin parameters.</p> <p><bold>Conclusion: </bold>PT is more effective for patients with rosacea who have a predominantly vascular component and pronounced erythema, while PT combined with O3 is more appropriate for patients with dry skin, decreased elasticity, and a tendency toward post-inflammatory pigmentation. This differentiated approach allows not only to achieve clinical improvement but also to individualize therapy depending on the underlying pathogenetic mechanisms and the patient’s cosmetic expectations.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Обоснование: </bold>Данная статья посвящена изучению динамики функциональных параметров кожи лица с использованием диагностического комплекса Multiskin.</p> <p><bold>Цель исследования:</bold> сравнить эффективность фототерапии (ФТ) в качестве монометода физиотерапевтического лечения и сочетанного применения лазерного излучения и локальной озонотерапии у пациенток с розацеа.</p> <p><bold>Материалы и методы: </bold>Проведено первичное проспективное нерандомизированное исследование. В исследование были включены 44 женщины. Из них группу получавших только ФТ (группа ФТ) составили 34 пациентки, которые получали сочетанную терапию ФТ и локальной озонотерапией (группа О3), включала 10 пациенток.</p> <p><bold>Результаты. </bold>Результаты проведенного исследования подтверждают эффективность применения как ФТ с использованием системы Candela Nordlys, так и ее сочетания с локальной озонотерапией (О₃) у пациенток с розацеа. Несмотря на то что обе методики обеспечили клиническое улучшение (регресс эритемы, уменьшение числа папул и телеангиоэктазий, улучшение структуры кожи), каждая из них показала преимущества в определенных направлениях коррекции функциональных параметров кожи.</p> <p><bold>Заключение. </bold>ФТ для пациентов с розацеа эффективнее при преобладании в клинической картине сосудистого компонента и выраженной эритемы, тогда как в сочетании с О₃ ФТ более целесообразна при сухости кожи, снижении ее эластичности и склонности к поствоспалительной пигментации.
