The role of bacterial, fungal, and viral infections in aggravating the disease is emphasized. Three clinical cases demonstrate the effectiveness of a gel containing polyhexanide and betaine. Application of the gel ensured gentle cleansing of crusts and biofilm, exerted an antimicrobial effect, and created optimal conditions for regeneration, significantly increasing the effectiveness of subsequent anti-inflammatory therapy and achieving rapid relief of infection symptoms.</p>
Применение геля обеспечивало бережное очищение от корок и биопленки, оказывало антимикробный эффект и создавало оптимальные условия для регенерации, что позволяло значительно повысить эффективность последующей противовоспалительной терапии и добиться быстрого купирования симптомов инфекции.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>secondary infected atopic dermatitis</kwd><kwd>gel containing polyhexanide and betaine</kwd><kwd>superficial pyoderma</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>вторично инфицированный атопический дерматит</kwd><kwd>гель</kwd><kwd>содержащий полигексанид и бетаин</kwd><kwd>поверхностные пиодермии</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Weidinger S., Beck L.A., Bieber T., et al.
