The location, size, and appearance of scars depend on oncological, anatomical, and surgical limitations, as well as internal factors influencing the complex healing process. Timely preventive measures for postoperative wounds and immature scars optimize the healing process in the early stages, improving the cosmetic appearance of the scar and reducing the risk of developing pathological defects. This literature review presents the main methods for the early prevention of scar development, including surgical, medicinal, and physical therapy methods, and evaluates their effectiveness as mono- or combination therapy, based on current research data.</p>
В данном обзоре литературы представлены основные способы ранней профилактики развития рубцов, к которым относятся хирургические, медикаментозные и физиотерапевтические методы, представлена оценка их эффективности в качестве моно- или комбинированной терапии, согласно данным современных исследований.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>scars</kwd><kwd>wound healing</kwd><kwd>hypertrophic scar</kwd><kwd>keloid scar</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>рубцы</kwd><kwd>заживление ран</kwd><kwd>гипертрофический рубец</kwd><kwd>келоидный рубец</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Bowden L.G., Byrne H.M., Maini P.K., Moulton D.E.
