Аннотация
В статье анализируются результаты проекта ener2i, реализованного при поддержке Евросоюза в четырех странах Восточного партнерства — Армении, Белоруссии, Грузии и Молдове. Лежащая в основе проекта ваучерная схема получила высокую оценку независимых экспертов, поскольку внесла вклад в развитие возобновляемой энергетики, повышение энергоэффективности и налаживание контактов между наукой и бизнесом. Для усиления результативности подобных программ при их подготовке следует обеспечить более полный учет специфики целевых стран и свести к минимуму административные барьеры при подаче заявок.
