Аннотация
Методические рекомендации содержат информацию о профилактике и коррекции артериальной гипотонии при нейроаксиальной анестезии во время операции кесарево сечение. Предложены вазопрессоры, эластическая компрессия нижних конечностей, коинфузия кристаллоидов, низкие дозы местных анестетиков, латеральное положение, применение ондансетрона. Положительный эффект достигается только совместным применением профилактических мер.
