Фасциально-футлярная регионарная анестезия при операциях на передней брюшной стенке и органах брюшной полости

Аннотация
Использование центральных сегментарных блокад (спинальной и эпидуральной) связано с большим количеством противопоказаний и осложнений, в том числе жизнеугрожающих. Комбинированная общая анестезия с использованием опиоидов предполагает более медленное восстановление желудочно-кишечного тракта и другие побочные эффекты их системного применения. Поэтому поиск альтернативных методов обезболивания в контексте ERAS (Enhanced Recovery After Surgery – ускоренное восстановление после операции) становится всë более актуальной темой для дискуссий. Фасциально-футлярные блокады (ФФБ) периферических нервов под УЗ-контролем являются технически более простой и относительно безопасной методикой по сравнению с центральными блокадами. В данной статье представлен краткий обзор основных блокад, применяемых для анестезии передней брюшной стенки.
