ЛЕЧЕНИЕ ГОЛОВНОЙ БОЛИ У ПАЦИЕНТОВ С НЕТРАВМАТИЧЕСКИМ СУБАРАХНОИДАЛЬНЫМ КРОВОИЗЛИЯНИЕМ В ИНТЕНСИВНОЙ ТЕРАПИИ

Аннотация

Обзор литературы посвящен современному состоянию проблемы управления головной болью у пациентов с нетравматическим субарахноидальным кровоизлиянием (НСАК). Данная патология связана с мучительной и длительной головной болью. Несмотря на огромное количество опубликованной литературы по субарахноидальному кровоизлиянию, уделяется мало внимания головной боли при этом заболевании, и она остается малоизученной. В статье представлены данные об эпидемиологии синдрома, возможных механизмах возникновения, методах диагностики и лечения. Подробно изложены преимущества и недостатки препаратов для обезболивания, имеющихся в арсенале клинициста в настоящее время. Результаты многих ранее опубликованных исследований диаметрально противоположные, что не облегчает выбор тактики эффективного лечения и профилактики осложнений. В статье также выделены задачи, решение которых, возможно, приведет к улучшению результатов лечения САК и в дальнейшем качества жизни пациентов. Отсутствие доказанных данных по этой теме свидетельствует о том, что исследование является актуальным.
