Аннотация

В заключительной части лекции авторы подробно рассматривают клиническую картину и вопросы дифференциальной диагностики синдрома постпункционной головной боли (ПГБ), а также различные методы его лечения. Помимо консервативных методов лечения большое внимание уделено пломбированию эпидурального пространства аутокровью. Всесторонне описаны методики выполнения этой процедуры, ее особенности и возможные осложнения.
