Аннотация
Широкое применение спинальной анестезии, технически несложной и высокоэффективной методики анестезии, предъявляет высокие требования к ее безопасности, минимизации осложнений и побочных эффектов, которых она, увы, не лишена. В данном обзоре суммируются литературные данные о значении выбора спинальной иглы того или иного типа с точки зрения обеспечения безопасности и эффективности СА, а также безопасности диагностической люмбальной пункции.
