Гемопоэтические ростовые факторы – гликопротеиды – регулируют пролиферацию и выживание ранних предшественников, дифференцировку коммитированных, повышают функциональную активность зрелых клеток и их выход из костного мозга в кровоток [1]. Наиболее широко в клинической практике используется гранулоцитарный колониестимулирующий фактор (Г-КСФ), который был впервые обнаружен в 1983 г. при изучении регуляции кроветворения в опытах на мышах. В 1985 г. выделен человеческий Г-КСФ из культуры клеток карциномы мочевого пузыря у больного [20]. В дальнейшем были получены рекомбинантные препараты Г-КСФ. Получение их в промышленных количествах позволило применять Г-КСФ в клинической практике. В настоящее время в России используются ленограстим (Граноцит, "Санофи-Авентис", Франция) и филграстим (Нейпоген, "Хоффманн-Ля Рош", Швейцария) и его генерики.
