Кардиотоксичность химиотерапевтических препаратов является одним из серьезных осложнений лекарственного лечения онкологических заболеваний и требует пристального внимания к больным, получающим терапию антрациклинами, антраценонами и некоторыми другими препаратами. В последние годы активно разрабатывается третье направление по преодолению антрациклиновой кардиотоксичности - создание новых препаратов из этой группы со значительно меньшей кардиотоксичностью. Представителем этих препаратов является келикс - пегилированный липосомальный доксорубицина гидрохлорид
