Современные подходы к терапии инвазивных микозов у онкологических пациентов

Аннотация

Наблюдается рост распространенности Candida spp., резистентных к флуконазолу; происходит переход от штаммов C. albicans к C. non-albicans. Диагностика инвазивных микозов, как и раньше, основывается на клинической картине и оценке факторов риска с последующим ретроспективным подтверждением диагноза микробиологическим методом. Эхинокандины – препараты выбора в терапии инвазивных/системных микозов у онкологических пациентов.
