Неходжкинские лимфомы твердой мозговой оболочки

Аннотация

Первичное поражение твердой мозговой оболочки (ТМО) при неходжкинских лимфомах (НХЛ) встречается крайне редко. Большинство публикаций представляет собой описания единичных клинических случаев. Такой вариант НХЛ чаще встречается у женщин среднего возраста в отличие от первичных НХЛ с поражением вещества головного мозга, при которых превалируют пациенты мужского пола. Патогенез первичных лимфом ТМО до конца не ясен, поскольку ТМО лишена лимфоидной ткани. Одно из предположений заключается в том, что основой их развития могут служить воспалительные заболевания ТМО. Наиболее частым морфоиммунологическим вариантом НХЛ с поражением ТМО является лимфома маргинальной зоны (ЛМЗ), которая характеризуется благоприятным прогнозом, а отдаленные результаты сопоставимы с ЛМЗ с поражением желудочно-кишечного тракта.
