The publication of the article in Russian and English will have the same meta-data. Submission in English of the text of manuscripts previously published in other languages is an autoplagiate, the article is withdrawn from publication.
  5. Articles claiming publication should be clearly structured, relevant, possess scientific novelty, contain setting of tasks (problems), description of methodology and main results of the study obtained by the author, as well as conclusions (conclusion); meet the rules of design of this journal.
  6. Priority for the journal are manuscripts containing the results of the original studies, their number being at least 75% of all articles in the issue.

Thematic literature reviews should be a scientific work on the current problem, with a clearly articulated purpose and analysis of information from modern sources. RULES FOR DESIGN OF MANUSCRIPTS

The text of the original articles (clinical studies, experimental studies, clinical cases) should be no more than 25 thousand characters, literature reviews and lectures - no more than 30 thousand characters, not including title, annotation, keywords, literature list, headings and content of tables and figures, notes to tables and figure legends.

The text of the article in .doc/.docx format must be entered with 1.5 intervals, Times New Roman font, font size - 14 pt, margins of 20 mm on each side.

The text should not be overloaded with more illustrative material (up to 5 tables, up to 5 figures). Tables, graphs, and pictures are placed directly in the text of the article. In addition, graphs and drawings are attached to the article by separate files. They must be well readable, have a jpeg/bmp/gif/tiff format with a resolution of at least 365 dpi; resolution of graphs - at least 600 dpi. The use of vector graphics is welcome. All graphic images (drawings, graphs, schemes, photos) are referred to as drawings, have sequential numbering and a sub-drawing signature. The names of the tables and sub-table signatures are given in Russian and English, the names of the rows and columns of the tables, the notes to the tables and figures are given in Russian.

The editors of the journal pay great attention to the quality of the illustrative material and assess it according to the following criteria: appropriateness, understandability, aesthetics, proportionality, readability, originality.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE STRUCTURE OF MANUSCRIPTS

Manuscripts with the results of the original studies should necessarily contain the following sections:

  • UDC index,
  • the title of the article,
  • the authors’ full name and their affiliation,
  • the name of the institutions where the work has been performed,
  • abstract (summary),
  • keywords in Russian and English,
  • introduction (brief),
  • the aim of the study,
  • material and research methods,
  • the results of the study and their discussion,
  • conclusion or conclusions,
  • conflict of interest,
  • sources of financing,
  • complying with the principles of ethics,
  • literature list.

• information about authors in Russian and English

The list of sources of information is drawn up in a single list, regardless of the language of the original source. Inclusion in the list should be justified by the logic of the manuscript and justified by its content; it must not be redundant. The correct assessment of the publication indicators of authors and organizations, including in foreign databases, depends on the correct presentation of sources of information.

Bibliographic information should be modern, authoritative and comprehensive; references are given to primary sources. It is recommended that the list of cited sources mainly include works published over the past 5-10 years. In the original articles (clinical studies, experimental studies, clinical cases) no more than 20 sources should be cited, in literature reviews - no more than 50. It is possible to self-cite authors in the amount of not more than 15% of the number of sources of information.

Undesirable references to articles lacking DOI; it is mandatory for the authors to check the specified DOI. References to dissertations, auto-abstracts, materials published in collections of conferences, conferences, etc. are extremely undesirable. References to publications by agreement with their authors as a performance of mutual obligations are not permitted.

The bibliography of both Russian and foreign sources should meet the requirements of the RINC and be based on the Vancouver style in AMA (http://www.amamanualofstyle.com). In the text of the manuscript, the sources of information are indicated by numbers enclosed in square brackets; in the list, the sources are listed in the order they are quoted by the text.
