Влияние ортодонтического лечения на состояние пародонта

Аннотация
Цель обзора — оценить влияние ортодонтического лечения на состояние пародонта.
Были проанализированы оригинальные статьи, метаанализы и систематические обзоры, представленные в электронных библиотеках PubMed, Google Scholar, Cochrane Library. Поиск осуществляли по ключевым словам: «orthodontic treatment», «periodontium», «gingival condition associated with orthodontic treatment», «impact of orthodontic treatment on the periodontium», «side effects of orthodontic treatment». Поиск выполнен по опубликованным исследованиям, начиная с 1972 до мая 2023 г. включительно.
В ходе литературного обзора было выявлено различное побочное влияние ортодонтического лечения на ткани, окружающие периодонт. Наиболее часто встречающимися изменениями мягких тканей, которые могут возникать в процессе ортодонтического лечения, являются гингивит, гипертрофия десневого контура, рецессия десны. Сделан вывод о том, что частота встречаемости нежелательных явлений зависит не только от уровня гигиены полости рта, но и от анатомических особенностей зубочелюстной системы, а также тщательного сбора анамнеза и следования тактике лечения врачом-ортодонтом. Перед началом медицинских манипуляций целесообразно оценить факторы риска для прогнозирования развития осложнений и определить последовательность и объём планируемых вмешательств.
