LINK CYTOLOGICAL AND CLINICAL CONDITION OF THE MUCOUS MEMBRANES OF THE MOUTH AND PERIODONTAL DISEASE IN PREGNANT WOMEN WITH IRON-DEFICIENCY ANEMIA

The aim of the work: on the basis of clinical and cytological studies of material from different areas of the mucous membranes of the oral cavity and periodontal establish gradation of cytological indicators and their dependence on some clinical and laboratory parameters in pregnant women with iron-deficiency anemia (anemia). The material of the work was data cytological studies 63 pregnant women. The main group - 37 of pregnant women with anemia, the control - 26 pregnant without anemia. For the cytological studies took the liquid from the surface of the different sections of the mucous membrane of the mouth cavity and the contents of periodontal pockets. Strokes from different areas of the mucous membranes of the oral cavity and periodontal tissues, mainly contain cellular elements, which are present in greater or lesser quantities (varies the total number of cells). Defined separate gradations of cytological of various mucous membranes of the oral cavity and periodontal in the group of comparison. Shows the significant difference frequency of occurrence of cases of certain shades of cytological indicators in different parts of the oral mucosa. As a result of the correlation analysis found that pregnant women with iron deficiency anaemia is observed loss of close correlations between some of the clinical and cytological indicators registered in pregnant women without iron deficiency anemia.
