Eastern Siberia地区孕妇发病特征:一项回顾性流行病学研究

论证:在女性生殖健康的特征中,孕妇的发病率指标具有重要意义。
目的:评估2005—2023年Irkutsk Region妊娠并发疾病的流行情况。
方法:研究类型:回顾性描述性流行病学研究。信息来源:Rosstat(俄罗斯联邦国家统计局)数据库及统计汇编《母婴健康主要指标、儿童保健和产科服务工作》。采用最小二乘法线性模型对时间序列进行分析性平滑处理,利用Microsoft Office 2007和IBM SPSS Statistics 23标准工具揭示孕妇发病率变化趋势。
结果:2006—2023年间,孕妇疾病谱发生显著变化:泌尿生殖系统感染的流行率下降(俄罗斯联邦下降1.36倍,Irkutsk Region下降1.65倍),循环系统疾病的流行率也有所下降(俄罗斯联邦下降1.85倍,Irkutsk Region下降2.82倍)。内分泌系统疾病的流行率呈变动趋势,但在2019—2023年间持续增长:俄罗斯联邦从9.29%上升至11.47%,Irkutsk Region从11.34%上升至13.03%。妊娠期糖尿病的动态变化最为不利:2014—2023年间,该病在孕妇中的流行率急剧增加,俄罗斯联邦从1.33%上升至11.38%,Irkutsk Region从1.31%上升至13.58%。
结论:在21世纪前四分之一的时间里,Irkutsk Region及整个俄罗斯联邦孕妇疾病的高流行率显著存在。因此,需要进一步完善预防措施,发展现代化孕产妇医疗服务技术,扩大和优化筛查项目。应特别关注降低贫血、内分泌系统疾病和妊娠期糖尿病的流行率。
