利用天然来源部分高分子材料降低铅离子对生物体的毒性作用

详细
论证。铅化合物广泛用于电工材料、染料、杀虫剂及弹药的生产和使用,导致其对环境与人体产生显著负面影响。在现代武装冲突条件下,由于铅在弹药中大量使用,其环境积累问题尤为突出。爆炸或发射时铅以颗粒和蒸汽形式释放,可污染水、土壤和空气,并进入人体上呼吸道。尽管目前已有多种生态吸附剂和肠道吸附剂,但肠道吸附剂主要以二氧化硅、木质素、蒙脱石等为基础。然而,这些物质在针对重金属时的吸附效果并不总是理想。因此,亟需解决如何将污染物固定为低迁移性形态并排除出地球化学循环;同时,还需要制定预防性和治疗性措施,以实现对长期处于不利技术暴露环境人群的解毒与保护。
目的。在pH 3条件下,分析腐殖酸与驯鹿鹿角粉碎组织对铅离子的吸附能力,并与已知肠道吸附剂进行比较。
方法。研究材料为天然生物高分子(腐殖酸与驯鹿鹿角骨组织)。对照吸附剂为胶体二氧化硅(Polysorbâ)与水解木质素(Filtrum-STIâ)。检测采用直接电位法和红外光谱分析。
结果。天然生物原料吸附剂(腐殖酸与驯鹿鹿角骨组织)对 铅离子表现出较高的吸附活性,其结合强度通过吸附容量常数和结合容量系数得到证实。相较于其他吸附剂,驯鹿鹿角骨组织具有更高的吸附亲和力与Pb2+吸收速率。两类生物高分子的红外光谱吸收峰具有定性一致性,但其官能团含量在定量上存在差别。
结论。研究的生物高分子材料(腐殖酸与驯鹿鹿角骨组织)对铅离子表现出显著的吸附能力,明显优于目前药品市场中已上市的肠道吸附剂。研究表明,这些天然生物高分子之所以能够表现出较高的吸附性能,并可通过螯合作用参与重金属离子的结合,可能与其独特的结构-功能特性有关。
