雅库茨克高龄女性的体质特征研究

背景。研究不同年龄组女性的体格测量和生物电阻抗参数对于延长寿命和改善高龄女性的生活质量具有重要意义。
研究目的。确定居住在雅库茨克的成熟期和高龄女性的体格测量和生物电阻抗参数。
材料与方法。对雅库茨克的82名女性(42名第二成熟期女性和40名高龄女性)进行了体格测量和生物电阻抗检查,她们均从事业余游泳活动。生物电阻抗检查使用了ABC-01 “Medass” 分析仪(俄罗斯)。测定的生物物理参数包括:组织的主动和反应性电阻、相角、身体成分(脂肪质量、骨骼肌质量、瘦体质量、活性细胞质量)、水合状态指标(总水分、细胞外和细胞内水分),以及基础代谢和特定代谢率指标。统计分析通过SPSS for Windows(版本22.0)软件完成。
结果。与第二成熟期女性相比,高龄女性的体重、体重指数和腰围显著较高。研究表明,雅库茨克女性的身体尺寸(身高、体重、臀围)明显小于萨拉托夫州和克拉斯诺亚尔斯克边疆区的女性。生物电参数分析显示,高龄女性的组织主动和反应性电阻及相角显著较低。高龄女性的脂肪质量(绝对值和相对值)以及瘦体质量的绝对值显著较高。活性细胞质量和骨骼肌质量的绝对值在两组女性之间无显著差异。高龄女性的总水分和细胞内水分的绝对值显著高于另一年龄组女性。
结论。研究显示,不同年龄组女性的体格测量和生物电阻抗参数存在显著差异。在评估女性身体健康状况及制定旨在维护其健康的医疗社会计划时,应充分考虑年龄和种族因素的影响。
