背景。缺乏关于在居住地变更时,原住地和目的地的地理距离与人在神经心理和智力负荷增加情况下发展心身障碍风险之间系统关联的数据。
研究目的。开发一个整合性指标,以评估年轻人在变更居住地时发展心身障碍的风险。
材料和方法。本研究对象为伏尔加格勒国立医科大学的学生(97名男性和99名女性,年龄18至22岁)。异地学生占男性样本群体的44%(45人)和女性样本群体的60%(61人)。横断面研究于2023年6月春季学期结束时进行,距学生入学并迁居异地已有9个月。使用I.N. 古尔维奇测试评估心身障碍症状,考量了吉森躯体化症状问卷和焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)的指标,并通过哥伦比亚自杀严重性评估量表(C-SSRS)中的自杀意念模块评估自杀意念的严重程度。计算受试者原居地和新居地之间的距离(公里)。
结果。发现心身障碍指标的严重程度与年轻人从原居地迁至新居地的迁移距离之间存在显著的正相关关系。划分出四个迁移风险等级,包括零风险(20公里以内)和后三个风险等级(400公里以内,800公里以内和800公里以上)对应的心身化风险区域。计算了男女心身障碍发展迁移风险指标的临界值。研究结果表明,当居住地距原住地距离在400至800公里范围内时,年轻人发展心身障碍的迁移风险最高。
结论。描述了居住地变更时,原住地和目的地的地理距离与人在紧张学业环境下发展心身障碍风险的关系。
